<br />Alleguez Architecture, Inc. is a woman owned firm with over 20 years of experience. The firm is spearheaded
<br />by Ana Alleguez, offers in-house Architecture, Planning, Interior Design, and Construction Management. Our
<br />experience has included city wide planning, acquisition of grant monies, historic preservation, rehabilitation and
<br />expansion of schools through the university levels, low income multi-family housing, airport facilities, retail and
<br />food service facilities, roof consulting and construction technology.
<br />
<br />AlIeguez has a proven track record in servicing various government and institutional agencies on continuing
<br />contracts for miscellaneous service projects. This government sector services work has sharpened our abilitv to
<br />mana e a varie of ro' ects in va in sta es simultaneousl and roduce the work on schedule. Our
<br />reliance on caoable and motivated oeoole usin2 a defined system of computer-based communications, design
<br />and documentation is the primary reason that we can do this.

<br />The firm has a "hands-on" aooroach because we are committed to hi2h standards and attention to detail.
<br />Alleguez is dedicated to and maintains a strong Qualitv Assurance Pr02ram. We use an organized, systematic
<br />approach to managing & documenting work efforts.

<br />We will cooperate fully with our clients and their staff on the critical review of major cost, desi2n and overall
<br />issues to establish systems that will meet necessary reauirements. We will be highly advanced in our ability
<br />to succeed due to our project-specific techniques of early oroblem seekin2 and oersistent oroblem solvin2,
<br />especially important on any type of projects at both procedural and technical levels. Another key is effective
<br />inter-personal communications, a necessity due to critical issues that arise during all phases of any project.
