The University of Pennsylvania is continuing to develop projects on its campus that will encourage students and <br /> employees to consider living on or around its campus. The development of Hamilton Square by the University is one of several <br /> projects to satisfy this goal. The Hamilton Square project comprises several components including cinema/theater, retail stores, <br /> cafe/restaurant, and a mixed-use parking garage/supermarket.
