TimHaahs is currently serving as the prime designer, providing full architectural and parking design services for this significant new facility. TimHaahs designed the 700 space facility for a future horizontal expansion that would add 300 additional parking spaces. The parking structure provided much needed parking for employees and customers of the exclusive Fifth Avenue South shopping area in addition to supporting the Naples Players Theater located directly adjacent to the facility. TimHaahs is performing professional engineering and architectural services for the Phase III Aesthetic Improvements to the City Park Garage in Fort Lauderdale. TimHaahs is updating and enhancing the architectural aesthetics of the facility and improving the functionality of the garage. Principal. Project Manager. Timothy Haahs & Associates, Inc. (TimHaahs) developed a masterplan/ conceptual site plans for two mixed-use developments at the University. These sites are critical to support the University's growth and transform it from a commuter campus to a campus where students live, learn, play, and work. The stadium site includes two 2000 car parking structures, student housing, and classrooms; it also creates a student quad between the existing football stadium and performing arts center.
