<br />Mr. Gatell served as the Project Manager for this contract, we were awarded two consecutive times. FRA is proud to
<br /> have accomplished -150 successful different LOAs over a period of 7 years. The projects assigned included a multitude
<br /> of surveying services which included the establishment of baselines, reference points, bench marks, cross sections,
<br /> topographical features, DTM, GPS and monumentation for FDOT right-of-ways and control maps.
