Submit progress docurnentation for Owner review and approval at the following intervals: <br />· 60% Cornpletion <br />· 90% Cornpletion <br />· 100% Cornpletion <br />3. Finalize cost estirnate. <br />4. Present Final design to City Council. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Phase 4: Bidding Phase <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1. Assist City with advertisement for Bids. <br />2. Prepare pre-bid rneeting agenda, review with City, conduct pre-bid meeting and prepare meeting <br />rninutes. <br />3. Provide clarifications and answer questions from prospective bidders via addenda. <br />4, Review bids received along with supporting qualifications of bidders and assist City in the <br />recommendation of award. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Phase 5: Construction Administration Phase <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1. Submit signed and sealed drawings to the Building Departrnent and other agencies as required for <br />permit. <br />2. Assist City with procurement of rnaterials testing and threshold inspections. <br />3. Attend pre-construction rneeting. <br />4. Issue Certificates for Payment, Construction Change Directives, Change Orders, Supplemental <br />Instructions and Certificate of Substantial Completion. <br />5. Schedule site visits during the construction phase as required to verify compliance with design/shop <br />drawings and approved materials. We would also visit the precast plant, if precast concrete is the <br />selected structural system. <br />6. Provide field reports for each site visit. <br />7. In addition to site visits above, prepare agenda and adrninister construction rneetings and provide <br />rninutes of such meetings. <br />8. Receive and review design/shop drawings and material submittals to confirm design intent, <br />9. Respond to Requests for Information. <br />10. Provide substantially cornplete observation and prepare punch list of outstanding items for <br />distribution. <br />11. Provide Record Drawings based on information provided by the General Contractor in both hard <br />reproducible copy and electronically. <br />12. Review contractor cornpletion of the final punch list, including post-construction site visits to confirrn <br />punch list is complete. <br />13. Compile shop drawings, catalog data, warrants, certification, maintenance manuals, and <br />manufacturer's operation instructions and deliver to City. <br />14. Perforrn 11th rnonth walk-through before guaranty/warranty expiration. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Anticipated Permits and Project Requirements <br />TimHaahs will provide support in any and all permits necessary for this project. We understand that the <br />following perrnits may be required: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />· City of Sunny Isles Building Permit (includes disciplines and review boards if necessary) <br />.
