Provide a narrative description of current and previous experience managing a <br />municipal fishing pier, food and beverage, retail/entertainment facilities, and tourist <br />destination/visitor attraction activities that qualifies your business entity to be selected <br />for this Project. Provide a narrative description of current and previous experience <br />managing facilities or business entities owned or controlled by municipalities, public <br />authorities or other governmental agencies. <br /> <br />3. A list of all projects (including government projects) completed or in process for the <br />past five (5) years, and a corresponding list of client references with contact names <br />and telephone numbers. <br /> <br />4. Identify if Proposer has taken any exception to the terms of this Solicitation. If so, indicate <br />what alternative is being offered and the cost implications of the exceptiones). <br /> <br />5. Construction/Build Out Phase <br /> <br />Provide detailed description of the project team (i.e., identify the entity(ies) that are the <br />developer, builder, and operator), the Proposer's role, and how the Proposer will manage the <br />project team. Describe form of agreement (or anticipated form of agreements) between all <br />parties involved in the project team. <br /> <br />Describe Proposer's design and construction schedule. <br /> <br />Provide a narrative description and drawings or photographs of the proposed Restaurant, and <br />the dominant design theme in sufficient detail to facilitate evaluation of the quality and <br />design of the proposed Restaurant. <br /> <br />Indicate Proposer's investment cost of proposed improvements including kitchen <br />equipment, furniture, fIxtures, etc. that Proposer will install. <br /> <br />Provide Proposer's procedures for coordinating design and construction, including but not <br />limited, field inspection and tenant assistance, as well as, Proposer's understanding of the <br />City and County Building Department's permitting process. Include conceptual site <br />plans, architectural elevations and drawings, sufficient to illustrate the components of <br />your proposal. Outline the project implementation schedule, identifying events and <br />the estimated number of calendar days required to achieve completion. <br /> <br />6. Operation of Restaurant Phase <br /> <br />Describe Proposer's unique capabilities to develop and operate the Restaurant. <br /> <br />Describe Proposer's approach in providing the Restaurant Management and Operation <br />Services including: <br /> <br />i) project plan (i.e., Restaurant theme, style, type of food, etc.); <br /> <br />ii) specific policies and procedures or techniques to be used in providing food <br />servIces; <br /> <br />iii) plan on how the Proposer will ensure that service is provided in an expedient <br />manner; <br /> <br />8 <br />
