The <br />successful Proposer will have the sole and exclusive right to sell or rent, in or from the <br />project site, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fishing products and equipment, <br />and gifts. <br /> <br />The contract will be awarded by the City to the Proposer whose proposal best serves the <br />interests of, and represents the best value to, the City in accordance with the criteria set forth <br />in Section 62-8 of the City Code. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, with or without cause, to waive <br />technical errors and informalities, and to accept the proposal which best serves the interest of <br />the City. <br /> <br />Any questions regarding RFP No. 09-04-01 are to be directed in writing to Rick Conner, <br />Acting City Manager, at the following address: 18070 Collins Ave., Fourth Floor, Sunny <br />Isles Beach, Florida 33160.
