Many of these have been included in the prior discussion points in this <br /> <br />presentation and/or in our deal point submission. Others are: <br /> <br />. You ask for taking orders within 5 minutes of being seatcd and food delivered in the <br />next 4 minutes. Casual restaurant standard for food delivery is 12-15 minutes, as no <br />food is pre-cooked, and this would be our standard. <br /> <br />. We would use straws, glassware and metal cans within our operations. <br /> <br />. We propose that the Premises in the lease be defined as the outer edges of the amenity <br />buildings. <br /> <br />. 24 Hour protection would be through alarms. <br /> <br />. We are not offering the payment bond. <br /> <br />. Leed Green aspects of the building will be provided by the City. <br /> <br />. We will reserve the right to sub-lease any of the facilities/activities on the Pier with <br />the prior approval of the City, which the City shall not unreasonably withhold. <br /> <br />. Build-out of the Pier restrooms would be by the City with upkeep by the tenant. <br /> <br />.
