Construction/Buildout Phase <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Construction Team: <br />The construction leadership on this project will be Douglas McAllister from CMG and Jerry <br />Kaufman from The Kaufinan Organization. As previously noted, Mr. McAllister has completed <br />successful start-up Restaurant projects in the recent past, including overseeing all development <br />and construction. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Kaufman has a more formal development background, leading the completion over the last <br /> <br />three decades of such projects as: <br />o The Blue at Doral <br />o Regalia, Aventura <br />o The Breakwatcr, South Beach <br />o Edison, South Beach <br />o The Blake Hotel, Chicago <br />o Mayfair Hotel and Spa, Coconut Grove <br />o The Read House, Chattanooga, Tennessee <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The Kaufman Organization will act as Construction Manager and oversee all operations <br />including, but not limited to the interviewing of prospective general contractors, sub contractors, <br />architects, interior designers, and all technical consultants including engineers for electrical, <br />plumbing, and all other necessary professionals in order to properly assure local, state and <br />Federal compliance. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The key members of the construction project team previously identified will be separately <br />contracted for their specific areas of expertise, and the overall project will be managed by Doug <br />McAllister. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />An image of the proposed restaurant is included in section 6 below. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Our design and construction schedule follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />I <br />
