As the CEO and President of Culinary Management Group (CMG), Mr. <br />McAllister's culinary business enterprises have consistently pushed the envelope in profitability, <br />design and creativity. Recently, his latest vision for creating unique culinary experiences was <br />demonstrated by the highly anticipated opening of Kantina, a stylish Latin-inspired, two-level <br />bayside restaurant located in Newport Harbor which opened its doors in April 2006. Mr. McAllister has had the distinction of being among those recognized in various media <br />outlets including Maxim Magazine, Coast Magazine, Orange County Register, Los Angeles Times, <br />Riviera, LA Confidential, Orange Coast Magazine and USA Today as a proprietor to some of the <br />most successful hospitality venues in the country. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />II <br />I. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Prior to CMG, Mr. McAllister was the CFO of Tap House and Hooters Restaurants of Orange <br />County, where he introduced creative new concepts designed to increase revenue, revamped <br />marketing campaigns and increased efficiency while simultaneously executing expansion plans. <br />His implementation resulted in a profitable financial turnaround which earned Mr. McAllister the <br />reputation as a successful capitalist in the Orange County business market. He also revitalized <br />Michael's Supper Club, a 13,500 square foot nightclub in Dana Point, increasing average daily <br />revenues by an extraordinary 700%. Mr. McAllister has also partnered with superstar athlete <br />icon Dennis Rodman, strategically positioning and creating an assortment of Rodman-branded <br />ventures which included Rodman TV, Rodman Casino Tours and the highly successful Josh <br />Slocum's Club in Newport Beach.
