Fessel International is involved in concept development, design, test <br />kitchen work, operational analysis, marketing research, business strategies and master planning of <br />restaurants for major projects. <br /> <br />II <br />I <br /> <br />Randall Hiatt has been President of Fessel since its inception in the United States in 1988. He <br />has a Restaurant Industry and Disney Background as a Senior Executive, and has worked on the <br />development of 400-plus Restaurants and Bars, including Sutra. <br /> <br />Included among Fessel International's many clients are Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, <br />P.F. Chang's, Bubba Gump's Seafood, Peabody Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Mall of America and <br />MGM Grand Casino.
