<br />. Responsible for on-the-job training of custodial personnel <br />. Responsible for inspection and coordinating of shift cleaning efforts throughout the facility <br />. Responsible for distribution of chemicals and cleaning supplies to Custodians <br />. Ensure all work is preformed in a safe manner <br />G. Project Crew <br />. Performs Special Task such as pressure cleaning, scrubbing and washing floor, carpet <br />cleaning, floor fishing, finished floor, reconditioning, etc. <br />H. Custodians I & II <br />. Responsible for general cleaning <br />. Cleans and maintains entry lobby including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, <br />vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary to maintain excellent entrance <br />appeal <br />. Cleans restrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary to maintain sanitary conditions <br />. Cleans stairways and elevators on a regularly scheduled basis <br />I. Maintenance Worker <br />. Responsible for nightly restroom maintenance <br />. Inspect each restroom and perform general routine repairs. <br />. Issue Work orders to Department's Maintenance Division <br />J. Warehouse Clerk <br />. Receive, track, and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies <br />. Process inventory paperwork <br />.
