Like our full-time staff, our <br />reservists are knowledgeable, skilled and trained to effectively contribute to any disaster recovery project. The <br />majority of these personnel have worked on past AshBritt projects, and most possess other related and relevant <br />experience, making them invaluable members of our team. Regardless of the great depth of our personnel, an <br />AshBritt principal or senior manager is always personally responsible for overall project management, ensuring a <br />standard and cohesive recovery. Further, we always deliver a dedicated management team to increase efficiencies <br />and to avoid project disruptions and discontinuity. We identify within the proposal the dedicated Ash Britt <br />management team that will be responsible for any recovery project within the City. In addition, we include resumes <br />and professional certificates of key management personnel for the City selection committee to review. <br /> <br />As a future disaster event could potentially overwhelm and incapacitate the City of Sunny Isles Beach, impairing the <br />local economy and endangering its residents further in the aftermath, AshBritt's mission if selected as the prime <br />recovery contractor becomes to act as an extension and surrogate to the City to ensure the rapid return, first to safety <br />and then to normalcy. Often this grave responsibility demands considerable financial stability and wherewithal, as <br />well as sound business ethics. AshBritt presently stands as one of the most financially capable and stable disaster <br />recovery contractors, with sufficient assets, unmatched bonding capacity and insurance policies, and a solid, <br />respectable financial history. Furthermore, we conduct our services with the highest integrity, as our record will <br />show and as any of our current or past clients will confirm. <br /> <br />In conclusion, we declare that this proposal is made without collusion with any other person or entity submitting a <br />proposal. Moreover, we declare the information herein is true and accurate to the best of our knowledge and the <br />proposal prices submitted are reasonable, fair and equitable, and in good faith for the services proposed. Lastly, as a <br />duly appointed officer, I further declare I am authorized to bind Ash Britt contractually through such a proposal and <br />that such will remain valid for a period of 120 days from the time of its opening.
