<br />Management Personnel & Expertise <br /> <br />AshBritt's greatest strength is our dynamic, knowledgeable and capable management team, which is skillfully led by an <br />experienced core group of company principals and senior management. Our principals and senior project managers <br />have well over 100 years of combined disaster response and recovery related experience. The team consists of <br />consummate professionals from diverse backgrounds who understand all facets of disaster management, and who are <br />empowered to make decisions quickly and definitively to push any recovery forward. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />All of our senior personnel are conversant with the federal emergency management standard Incident Command System <br />(ICS), a key component of the National Incident Management System (NIMS). Further, they are certified in the base <br />tenets of NIMS through completion of FEMA's Emergency Management Institute (EM\) NIMS IS-00700 training and <br />trained in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' (USACE) program of Construction Quality Managementfor Contractors, <br />the stringent standard for safety and quality control adhered to by the USACE during disaster recovery missions. <br />Additionally, many of our senior managers are certified in the Department of Defense's (000) Level I Awareness <br />Anti-terrorism training.
