A full list of <br />reservists can be provided upon request. <br /> <br />Ash Britt Principals <br /> <br />Randal Perkins - Chief Executive Officer. Randal "Randy" Perkins founded AshBritt as a Florida corporation in 1992. <br />As the General Manager of the AshBritt management team, he sets the vision for the organization through constant <br />research and analysis of the technical, operational, and political environment comprising the disaster industry. Randal <br />is highly qualified and experienced in all phases of disaster response and recovery operations from his years of <br />practical, real-world experience. He is a receptacle of knowledge regarding all debris collection, removal, reduction, <br />recycling, and disposal activities, as well as a deft communicator who is able to assist high level stakeholders with the <br />public information demands following major disaster events. He has a degree from the University of Central Florida <br />in Business Administration, and he has completed course work at the University of Miami in Global Business <br />Concepts. Randy is also an Associate Member of the Society of American Military Engineers and National Arborist <br />Society. He also resides on the Board of Directors of several national charitable organizations, and he is very active in <br />state and local charitable endeavors. He has been directly involved in all Ash Britt disaster response and recovery <br />projects. <br /> <br />John W Noble - Chief Operational Officer. John Noble is an environmental engineer who earned his Masters degree in <br />Solid and Hazardous Waste Management from the University of Florida. He also is a graduate of the United States <br />Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering-Engineering <br />Management. Over his career John has managed a long line of environmental construction and mitigation projects. <br />Since joining the Ash Britt team in 1994, he has successfully overseen the operations of over twenty mid-to-Iarge- <br />scale disaster response and recovery projects, and he has generally provided operational insights for all of AshBritt <br />recovery deployments. John is currently a State of Florida Board of Professional Engineers - Engineer Intern (# <br />1096ET126) and a licensed Certified Pollutant Storage System Contractor (No. PC C056744). He is certified in <br />OSHA's 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response training, as well as the 8 Hour Annual <br />Refresher course. John is currently a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, the American Society <br />of Civil Engineers and the Florida Petroleum Marketers Association. <br /> <br />Terry Jackson - Chief Marketing Officer. Terry Jackson is AshBritt's chief marketing strategist, as well as an <br />experienced hands-on project manager. Since joining the Ash Britt team in 1995, Terry has successfully managed over <br />twenty-five various disaster and special environmental projects. Terry is a resident expert in the federal Public <br />Assistance program and the many regulations and guidelines propagated by FEMA. He is also AshBritt's senior <br />compliance and safety manager, having gained invaluable first-hand experience and professional training over his <br />many years of experience. Owing to this background, he is generally responsible for the oversight and <br />implementation of all AshBritt's training activities. What's more, Terry joined the Ash Britt team after a fruitful <br />twenty year career with PepsiCo Corporation. His experience there in multi-market management, organization, and <br />systems analysis has been transferred over the years to develop better client service, marketing, and administrative <br />practices for AshBritt. Terry holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Houston, and has <br />completed continuing education course work in business from the Florida International University. <br /> <br />Key Management Personnel <br /> <br />Ralph Dahlgren - Managing Vice President. Ralph Dahlgren is currently the Managing Vice President and a senior <br />project manager at AshBritt. Ralph has had over 20 years of customer service, property management, logistics and <br />transportation experience. As the Out-port Ops Manager for Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, Ralph was responsible for <br />transportation and logistics operations in ports and airports world-wide. As the GM of the Disney Resort property in <br />Hilton Head Island, he directed all operations for a 15 acre resort property. Since joining AshBritt in 2004, Ralph has <br />become fully integrated into the disaster industry and utilizes his organizational talent to benefit AshBritt's clients. He <br />successfully managed Ash Britt's response and recovery efforts in Escambia County following Hurricane Ivan in <br />2004, from which AshBritt managed over 2 million cubic yards of debris. He also was instrumental in managing <br />several concurrent projects in S. Florida after Hurricane Wilma in 2005, with total debris quantities exceeding 2 <br />million cubic yards. Ralph is a graduate of the Florida International University in business administration, and he <br />holds an MBA from the University of Florida. <br /> <br />Charles Knight - Vice President Operations. Charles "Dow" Knight is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine <br />Academy in Kings Point, New York. As a Lt. Commander in the Naval Reserve assigned to the Military Sealift <br />Command, Dow has obtained vital experience in logistics and transportation of large scale operations.
