Response & Recovery Resources

AshBritt distinguishes itself in the disaster response and recovery industry by its high standards and strict reliance on
superior resources (professional and trained personnel; proper, adequate and safe support equipment and hauling
vehicles; and ample and ready materials and supplies). As a long-standing contractor, we have amassed a large and
wide network of resource providers. These comprise our carefully screened subcontracting partners, our strategic
teaming agreements with specialized firms, and our preferential accounts with prominent and reliable national and local
suppliers.

In addition to our reliance on our vital network of resource and service providers, we also make strategic use of our own
professionally maintained assets, including heavy equipment, grapple trucks, hauling and support vehicles, industrial
grinders, as well as other response and recovery assets. A select listing of our heavy equipment recovery assets and
committed manpower is included following in this section (please refer to our Equipment and Personnel Commitments
& Availability Table).

When necessary, drawing on our strong financial position comprised of both ample cash reserves and available bank
lines of credit, we will either lease or purchase additional equipment, vehicles and/or supplies to ensure that we can
perform any current workload of which we may be confronted. Our experience record, as presented herein, clearly
illustrates that we have the wherewithal, resources and capacity to handle the response and recoveries of the most trying
disaster events. It is also important to stress here: although adequate recovery resources and assets are surely vital to
any response and recovery mission, it is the careful and skillful allocation and management of these resources that leads
to a truly efficient and successful recovery. From our many years of experience in responding to disaster events, we
have seldom, if ever, had to confront a situation of not having enough available equipment, machinery and hauling and
disposal vehicles.

Our main emphasis has always been on targeting the best equipment and partnering firms, and our success and
reputation is a testament to this approach. As a matter of rule, we strictly rely on using only "certified-safe" mechanical
loading, hauling and dumping equipment, as well as other disaster mitigation assets. We also ensure that all personnel
employed on our projects are properly indoctrinated and certified to perform their respective tasks.
