National Accounts
Equally important, we have preferential national accounts with a number of the nation's largest providers of equipment
and supplies. These relationships ensure availability and expeditious delivery of post-disaster equipment resources and
assets. We maintain these relationships by partaking in annual re-assessment meetings. These ensure we are serviced
promptly when our clients need us most. What's more, owing to our many years of business relations with these firms
under the context of disaster recovery, a mutual understanding and synergy has been forged that raises the performance
of the supply chain to match the urgency of the event. These providers include United Rentals, Hertz Equipment Rental,
Sunbelt Rentals, Nations Rent, Neff Rentals, Carrier Rentals and CAT Rental, all leading rental equipment and vehicle
suppliers.

Equipment Standards
AshBritt certifies the safety of "all" project equipment. We use only mechanical loading and hauling equipment for
debris collection, discouraging the use of hand-loaded trailers (well before FEMA guidance was propagated on their
limitations). We believe hand-loaded debris cannot be accurately estimated visually, compromising quality control.
Hand loading is also inefficient and a dangerous method of collecting debris and it encourages what is known in
industry lingo as "cherry-picking", a practice we highly discourage and stamp out. We also require all hauling vehicles
to have sturdy tailgates and tarps that effectively contain debris during transport, and we demand all haulers rapidly
unload themselves, without assistance, excepting cases with mitigating circumstances.

Ash Britt maintains its own fleet of self-loading/dumping grapple trucks, the most versatile and effective loading vehicle
for curbside debris removal. With a boom reach of 15 to 20 feet, these trucks can safely remove debris stacked on
rights-of-way without damaging sidewalks or easements or other public or private property. And with a lift capacity of
up to 7,500 pounds, they can safely handle any material in the debris stream with rapidity. The most valuable aspect of
maintaining our own fleet is the flexibility afforded to adequately complete any job with the highest quality standards.
We are able to quickly respond to "hot spot" and punch list items toward the end of the recovery efforts, and canvass the
entire work area, while keeping subcontractors dedicated to their assigned zones.

Communication Resources
Immediate and reliable communication assets and systems following a disaster event are crucial. AshBritt establishes
mobile command center(s) and/or temporary static emergency response and communication centers typically within 24-
48 hours (or sooner) of a Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) for a mission. Ash Britt, when applicable and available, also utilizes
area teaming partner offices and facilities as an additional administrative support centers and resource clearinghouses
(i.e., pre-recovery mobilization registration areas or data centers or emergency asset check points).

For our initial mobilization and communication hubs, Ash Britt uses state-of-the-art motor coach buses for Mobile
Operations Control Centers (and living quarters as necessary). These are fully equipped with internet satellite
capabilities, computer network infrastructure, and an array of vital communication and office provisions. We have
found these to be versatile, economical and flexible, and they can be deployed straightaway-prior to disaster strike or
after NTP. AshBritt owns several of its own coaches and leases additional buses as necessary through our exclusive
supply agreement with our vendor. When conditions become suitable, we setup static office trailers or acquire available
local office space or share space designated by the City.
