<br />Additional Support Services
<br />
<br />Major, wide-spread weather disasters can be totally devastating to stricken communities, warranting the need for more
<br />expansive support services. These are services above and beyond debris removal and management. In many cases these
<br />services are necessary precursors to ensure a debris mission advances effectively, safely and efficiently. AshBritt is a
<br />full-service, single-source contractor that is able to coordinate and deliver turnkey emergency response, environmental
<br />remediation, and recovery and restoration services. Under one umbrella, we can minimize the worry and confusion
<br />surrounding a client's recovery, restoration and build-back needs following a major event. Through our own resources
<br />and through our teaming partners, we will ensure that these vital offerings are handled completely and expertly.

<br />Following is a list of the additional support services that Ash Britt can offer and supply the City of Sunny Isles Beach, as
<br />needed:
<br />
<br />Emergency Services
<br />· Emergency Water - Supplies of water in gallon, 2-liter bottle, or bulk potable water tanker can be delivered to a
<br />central distribution point within 24 hours;
<br />· Emergency Housing - Temporary housing and turnkey base camps to support local and out-of-area relief workers
<br />can be established within 48-72 hours following a major event;
<br />Mobile Kitchen and Shower Units - As an extension to base camps or as specific areas, these units, serving for
<br />disaster support workers and local representatives, can be delivered, set up, and powered by generators within 48
<br />hours;
<br />Canteen, Commissary Services and Meals Ready to Eat (MRE) - Full canteen and commissary services, serving
<br />hot breakfast, lunch (MRE), and hot dinner can be established, and expanded or contracted as necessary to
<br />support local relief workers;
<br />· Emergency Power Generation - Temporary power generation for critical facilities can be delivered, set up, and
<br />maintained if the normal power supply is disrupted;
<br />· Emergency Satellite Service/Communication Infrastructure - Satellite telecommunication service can be
<br />supplied, to a greater or lesser extent, contingent on the magnitude of the event and scope of damage. These
<br />services will support telephone and online internet access;
<br />· Emergency Fuel Supply - Through strategic coordination and partnerships with wholesale fuel distributors, fuel
<br />can be supplied immediately and as necessary to maintain continuity of vital services;
<br />· Temporary Offices and Warehousing - Mobile command centers, temporary offices and critical document and
<br />asset warehousing can be supplied in any configuration to meet local needs;
<br />· Emergency Roof Tarping & Repair - Coordination and work oftemporarily patching roofs when permanent
<br />repairs cannot be made immediately, mitigating further damage.

<br />Marine & Remediation Services
<br />· Sewer and Catch Basin Clearing - Removal of storm generated sediment and debris from the storm water sewer
<br />system. This will aid in the prevention of secondary flooding. Clearing is normally accomplished using industrial
<br />vacuum trucks.
<br />· Marine Recovery - Underwater search and rescue, vessel recovery, underwater welding and salvage, debris
<br />removal from canals and waterways, deployment of divers, deployment of remote operated vessel (ROV),
<br />deployment of barge and landing craft as work platforms for equipment and supply transport.
<br />· Dredging - Mechanical and hydraulic dredging of canals, marinas and navigable waterways. AshBritt is a
<br />member of the Dredging Contractors of America and has completed
<br />· Mass Decontamination - Decontamination of buildings and facilities after the detection of biological or chemical
<br />toxic, harmful agents.
<br />· Drying-in Services - Emergency temporary dry-in of public facilities to include removal and disposal of affected
<br />building materials, securing structural openings, dehumidification and moisture abatement.
<br />· Mold Remediation - Identification and remediation of mold in buildings and facilities.

<br />Other Restoration Services
<br />· Vehicle, Boat & Vessel Containment & Disposal- Removal, transport and disposal of abandoned vehicles, boats
<br />and other vessels to include aggregation staging, inventorying and indexing for easy location and retrieval.
<br />Information dissemination, owner contact, and supplemental investigations for proper disposition will be
<br />conducted. Scraping, decontamination and recycling of vehicles and vessels.
<br />· Dead Animal, Livestock, Fish Collection - Collect and lawfully dispose of animal, bird and fish carcasses from
<br />public property and right-of-ways. Specialized crews are dispatched to specific locations where remains have
<br />been identified to collect, haul and dispose of all carcasses as directed by the City.
