<br />Timothy Berkhimer, P .E., Senior Marketing Director
<br />Mr. Berkhimer is responsible for company-wide marketing activities including implementation of strategic
<br />plans, tactical initiative, and market research targeting a principal client base of government agencies at
<br />local, state, and federal levels concentrating on disaster recovery work. His professional experience
<br />includes preparing and operating disaster response preparedness programs for local governments
<br />across the U.S. He has 20 years of local government experience in Public Utilities, Public Works, and
<br />Emergency Management. He has led operations on various contracts following hurricanes and other
<br />natural disasters and has been a key individual in the introduction of new flood control systems
<br />throughout the United States.

<br />Jeffrey Zahn, Chief Financial Officer/CFO
<br />Mr. Zahn is responsible for all financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and
<br />procedures. He supervises all Accounting and Payroll Departments ensuring completion of operational
<br />requirements. He maintains follow-up on work results and prepares budgets by establishing schedules,
<br />job costing, policies and procedures, and analysis of financial data. Mr. Zahn is a big-picture oriented
<br />strategic planner with a reputation for redesigning corporate financial structures, increasing process
<br />efficiencies, and supporting consistent business growth. He is currently certified by the American Institute
<br />of Certified Public Accountants and of the Minnesota Society of Public Accountants, as well as USACE
<br />certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors.

<br />Maria Schmidt, Accounting Manager
<br />Ms. Schmidt is responsible for the development and interpretation of statistical and accounting 0
<br />information. She coordinates and directs the preparation of policies, procedures, job costing, tax
<br />planning, preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and compliance, along with other planning and
<br />control procedures with all federal, state, and local corporate payroll agencies. Ms. Schmidt assists in the
<br />research, implementation, and maintenance of accounting systems for the company. She also has a
<br />widespread background supervising and managing multiple accounting staff.

<br />Bret Snyder, Project Specialist
<br />Mr. Snyder provides project management and support for field operations including subcontracting, data
<br />management, reporting, and scheduling. He facilitated the scheduling, assessment, crew designation,
<br />and database management of over 7,000 right-of-entries for private property debris removal in Jefferson
<br />Parish, LA. Mr. Snyder's background in statistics and actuarial science, along with a Bachelor of Arts in
<br />Mathematics, allows him to provide expertise in data analysis. He is also USACE certified in
<br />Construction Quality Management for Contractors and FEMA certified in NIMS.

<br />Thomas D. Trizna, Sr., Project Specialist
<br />Mr. Trizna maintains working relations with the principal client base of government agencies at local,
<br />state, and federal levels, concentrating on disaster recovery work through personal execution of
<br />marketing strategies, initiatives, and long-term projects. His professional experience brings 10 years in
<br />the Emergency Response and Recovery Contracting Business serving the railroads. He holds a
<br />Bachelor of Science degree in Business and is FEMA certified in NIMS.

<br />Rey Quiles, Subcontractor Administration
<br />Mr. Quiles has worked as a project specialist with Ceres on disaster projects for eight years. He is fluent
<br />in English and Spanish and is certified in construction management, safety, and quality control. Mr.
<br />Quiles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts.
