Ms. Acosta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering <br />from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, and is fluent in English and Spanish. <br /> <br />Earl lutz, III, Debris Site Management <br />Mr. Lutz has worked for Ceres for eight years and has managed disaster debris operations of 75,000 <br />cubic yards per day. He has more than 25 years of supervisory experience with emergency debris <br />management projects, interior and complete demolition projects, culvert and lake construction, and <br />heavy equipment operations, supervising up to 300 crews. Mr. Lutz has been responsible for field <br />operations and crew performance for multi-million dollar projects including federal, state, and local <br />government contracts and is Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Certified. He is also USACE certified in <br />Construction Quality Management for Contractors and FEMA certified in NIMS. <br /> <br />Israel 'lalo' Soto, Debris Site Management <br />Mr. Soto has worked for Ceres for 13 years and has more than 18 years of experience in the <br />construction field including site supervision, grinding, debris hauling and management, demolition, <br />disposal, and yard waste processing. Mr. Soto has also provided logistical assistance to Ceres with the <br />emergency mobilization of grinders and heavy equipment to locations throughout the continental United <br />States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Mr. Soto is an experienced grinder and heavy equipment <br />operator, is fluent in English and Spanish, and is Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Certified. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Keith Wise, Quality Control/Field Supervision, Debris Removal <br />Mr. Wise has worked for Ceres for 10 years and has 32 years of experience in construction and logging <br />and 15 years of experience in disaster recovery work. Mr. Wise has worked on every major hurricane <br />and ice storm since Hurricane Andrew. Mr. Wise completed U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction <br />Quality Management for Contractors in 2000. <br /> <br />Raymond 'Sonny' Arndt, Field Supervision, Debris Removal <br />Mr. Arndt has supervised for Ceres 130 subcontractors who managed 250 crews. Mr. Arndt has <br />supervised debris work of up to 80,000 cubic yards per day, and has repaired levees in S1. Bernard <br />Parish under emergency conditions. Mr. Arndt has more than 22 years of leadership experience in <br />construction and mining operations, equipment maintenance, and administration. He is responsible for <br />project planning and execution, production, workmanship quality, safety, and daily production reporting. <br /> <br />Daniel Ortiz, Debris Site Management /Field Supervision Debris Removal <br />Mr. Ortiz has worked for Ceres for eight years and has 17 years experience in the construction field, <br />including six years as a supervisor. Mr. Ortiz's management experience includes planning scheduling <br />and directing crews on Ceres' disaster projects as well as general construction projects. Mr. Ortiz <br />recently acted as Ceres' field supervisor on its $9.5 million Cerrillos dam park construction project for the <br />USACE in Puerto Rico. Mr. Ortiz is fluent in Spanish and English. <br /> <br />Paul Wise, Operations Manager <br />Mr. Wise served as Operations Manager for Jefferson Parish during the Hurricane Katrina Debris <br />Removal Program. As manager, Mr. Wise interfaced with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' leadership <br />while supervising the removal of over 3.4 million cubic yards of debris, removal and decontamination of <br />over 79,000 refrigerators and freezers, ROW removal of over 51,000 appliances, managed segregation <br />crews for the removal of Household Hazardous Wastes, and the removal of over 4,000 tons of <br />household garbage for the parish. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Gail Hanscom, Project Superintendent, Operations Manager <br />Ms. Hanscom manages preparatory, mobilization, and implementation phases of emergency response <br />action to disaster recovery contracts. She supervises field operations including oversight responsibilities <br />for accounting, planning and scheduling, documentation and data management, and human resources <br />personnel.
