<br />David Preus, Project Management <br />Mr. Preus provides management for the Emergency Management Services Division during the <br />preparatory, mobilization, and implementation phases of an emergency response action, and manages <br />field operations. Over the past nine years he has managed over 40 disaster recovery contracts for Ceres <br />totaling over $165 million. Mr. Preus earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the <br />University of Minnesota, graduating with honors, and is fluent in English and Spanish. He is FEMA <br />certified in Debris Management and USACE certified in Construction Quality Management for <br />Contractors. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Melissa Mcintyre, Health and Safety <br />Ms. Mcintyre provides to the company more than 20 years of safety-related experience in the <br />construction, manufacturing, research, and service industries, and has worked for Ceres for 11 years <br />specializing in safety and disaster recovery. She has managed a project team of up to 42 safety officers <br />on Ceres' Hurricane Katrina debris response mission, and provides safety leadership to all Ceres' <br />disaster recovery projects. Ms. Mcintyre earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of <br />Minnesota. Some certifications held by Ms. Mcintyre include: OSHA-authorized instructor, Construction <br />Safety for Contractors; NIMS; USACE Quality Control for Contractors; Asbestos Inspector; and Lead <br />Risk Assessor. <br /> <br />Mike Lee, Professional Geologist <br />Mr. Lee is responsible for all phases of work regarding Ceres' environmental projects and manages <br />earthwork projects. Mr. Lee has acted as project manager on Ceres' heavy construction and emergency <br />levee projects totaling $27 million. During his 12 years at Ceres, his responsibilities include diligence <br />assessments, supervision and environmental assessment of underground storage tank removal projects, <br />designing and conducting remedial investigations (Rls), and also is responsible for preparation of <br />contaminated soil treatment applications, excavation reports, remedial investigation reports, and 0 <br />Petrofund reimbursement documents. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from the <br />University of Minnesota. He is USACE certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors. <br /> <br />Lynn Bakken, Project Management <br />Mr. Bakken has supervised the removal of over 1.4 million cubic yards of storm debris. He has <br />experience as an area manager and has worked with the EPA and the USACE to develop a program for <br />the removal, decontamination, and disposal of over 200,000 white goods. He has management <br />experience in hurricane and ice storm disasters, as well as project management of multiple wood waste <br />recycling operations. He is FEMA certified in Debris Management, NIMS, Basic Hazardous Materials, <br />and USACE certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors. He has more than 24 years of <br />business and management experience and holds a double major Bachelor of Arts degree. <br /> <br />Ronald Rodriguez, P.E. <br />Mr. Rodriguez has extensive experience domestically and internationally as a civil engineer and project <br />manager. He specializes in quality control and has worked with Ceres Environmental on performance of <br />over $345 million in disaster projects as quality control engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree <br />in civil engineering from Purdue University in Indiana and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Mr. <br />Rodriguez is also USACE certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors. <br /> <br />Jose Espinosa, P.E., Sr. Environmental Project Engineer <br />Mr. Espinosa is a Professional Engineer, and serves as a production engineer and project manager for <br />Ceres, as well as Superintendent. He has disaster management experience with Ceres in Florida, and <br />Mr. Espinosa has over ,30 years of construction experience across the world. He is fluent in English, <br />Arabic and Spanish. <br /> <br />Angly Angelica Acosta, Project Engineer <br />Ms. Acosta performs professional civil engineering work for Ceres' building construction and civil works 0 <br />projects.
