Bakken, Project and Resource Manager <br /> <br />Management Responsibilities <br />Mr. Bakken is responsible for ensuring the overall subcontractor response to all disaster recovery <br />missions that Ceres executes. This includes the development and maintenance of strategic relationships <br />with key subcontractors that provide rapid response abilities and competitive pricing on a nationwide <br />basis. Mr. Bakken also directs the areas of maintaining and upgrading the subcontractor database, <br />registration process, and evaluation criteria, as well as creating and executing applicable training <br />programs for subcontractors. Mr. Bakken participates in the acquisition of both pre-event and post-event <br />disaster recovery contracts and is active in ensuring successful performance of said contracts. <br />Additionally, Mr. Bakken provides project management oversight to the company's wood waste recycling <br />facilities. <br />Professional Experience <br />· As Area Manager in the Hurricane Katrina Recovery Mission, supervised the removal of over 1.4 <br />million cubic yards of debris in four Louisiana parishes by 40 plus subcontractors who operated over <br />400 crews. <br />· Worked in conjunction with the USACE and the EPA to develop the program for the removal, <br />decontamination, and disposal of over 290,000 white goods. <br />· As Ceres Liaison during early days of Hurricane Katrina Mission, maintained key informational links <br />between the company and FEMA, USACE, and EPA. <br />· As Project Superintendent in the Biloxi, Mississippi Recovery Mission, developed and implemented <br />debris field surveying, mapping, and zone assignment of subcontractors, as well as crew supervision. <br /> <br />C';R8J;S <br /> <br />Tab B.
