<br />Project management and civil engineering duties on the $1.325 million USDA Rio Sabana
<br />Construction Project, Caribbean National Forest, Puerto Rico. Duties included planning, execution,
<br />monitoring, and quality control inspection of earthwork in support of improvements, underground
<br />utilities, pavements, piling, and building construction to include structural concrete, masonry,
<br />electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. Developed critical path method schedules, evaluated and
