<br />Management Responsibilities
<br />Mr. Soto has worked in disaster recovery with Ceres for more than 13 years. He has more than 18 years
<br />of experience in the disaster recovery and construction field, including site supervision, grinding, debris
<br />hauling and management, demolition, disposal, yard waste processing, demolition, new construction, and
<br />restoration. Mr. Soto has also provided logistical assistance to Ceres with the emergency mobilization of
<br />grinders and heavy equipment to locations throughout the continental United States and the
<br />Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. As a Grinding Site Supervisor, Mr. Soto is responsible for the oversight of
<br />materials receipt, identification and segregation of contaminants, personnel scheduling and management,
<br />production scheduling and management, product quality, cost control and reduction, equipment
<br />maintenance scheduling, and enforcement of site safety requirements. In addition to his supervisory skills
<br />and experience, Mr. Soto is an experienced grinder and heavy equipment operator.
<br />Professional Experience
<br />· Area Manager for Ceres during the company's $500 million contract with the U.S. Army Corps of
<br />Engineers following Hurricane Katrina.
<br />· Supervised reduction operations in three sites operating concurrently during the Katrina recovery.
<br />· Site Supervisor for Ceres Southwest, Houston, and Arlington, Texas sites and remote operations in
<br />Laredo, Waxahachie, and Odessa. Responsibilities included personnel management, crew and
<br />equipment scheduling and planning, maintenance, grinder operation, material inspection and
<br />segregation, finished product quality, site safety, progress monitoring, and daily reporting.
<br />· Site Supervisor of grinding site in relation to emergency debris management services in the following
<br />locations: Hurricane Frances and Jeanne, FL; Hot Springs, AR; Springfield and Bloomington, IL;
<br />International Falls, MN; Sf. Louis Park, MN; Baraboo, WI; Bloomington, MN; Iowa City and Des
<br />Moines, IA; and various locations in North Carolina, California, and Nevada. Responsibilities included
<br />crew management and scheduling, equipment scheduling, work progress and quality monitoring,
<br />material inspection and segregation, enforcement of safety requirements, operations and
<br />maintenance, and daily reporting. Also assisted in coordinating mobilization and demobilization of
<br />equipment to project areas.
