<br />Engineers. The Jefferson Parish program then progressed into its demolition phase, which comprised
<br />six subcontractors with 20 crews capable of demolishing up to 50 properties per day.
<br />During the First Response Phase of the Hurricane Katrina Debris Removal Program, Mr. Wise was
<br />operating in Terrebonne Parish as supervisor and operator of the vegetative burning operations.
<br />In May 2005, Mr. Wise worked as foreman in Rahway, NJ, for the removal, by climbers and by
<br />cranes, of trees due to infestation of the Asian Long Horned Beetle.
<br />In August 2004 through December 2004, Mr. Wise worked as foreman of the debris removal crews
<br />for ROW in West Palm Beach, FL, for Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne that passed over Florida
<br />during the 2004 season.
<br />Mr. Wise supervised Ceres' cleanup following Hurricane Isabel in 2003 in Isle of Wight County, VA.
<br />Mr. Wise supervised the restoration of Nike Park, which included removal of hazardous trees, stumps
<br />and restoration of a two-mile bike trail. Restoration of Fort Boykin Historical site included the removal
<br />of trees and stumps without disturbing the archaeological and historic artifacts and landmarks.
<br />Mr. Wise worked clean-up after the 2003 ice storms in Asheboro, NC. The work included clearing and
<br />chipping of trees for more than 40 miles of sewage ROW.
<br />In 2002, Mr. Wise was an operator with the demolition project in Pierce City, MO, due to an F3
<br />tornado. Nearly the entire historic downtown of the city was razed.
<br />Mr. Wise worked as operator and stump grinder in St. Louis, MO, for the removal of all vegetation
<br />after a levee break in a flood zone.

<br />Management Responsibilities
<br />Ms. Hanscom manages preparatory, mobilization, and implementation phases of emergency response
<br />action to disaster recovery contracts. She supervises field operations including oversight responsibilities

<br />· Responsible for successful completion of a $55 million project for temporary roof repairs including the
<br />overall management of all daily office operations. Oversight responsibilities included accounting,
<br />planning and scheduling of daily assignments, data management, personnel hiring and supervision,
<br />and general contract administration. Functioned as interim project manager with direct accountability
<br />to the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. Responsible for final reconciliation of payment to over 100
<br />subcontractors.
<br />Private Property Debris Removal (PPDR) 2006
<br />· Project Administration responsibilities for Private Property Debris Removal (PPDR) component of a
<br />$500 million USACE debris removal contract included facilitating the ramp-up phase in Louisiana.
<br />Duties included soliciting and hiring subcontractors, recruiting and hiring management staff, obtaining
<br />database experts and appropriate support staff, and hiring sufficient office and field personnel to
<br />implement and complete the task.
