December Oglh, 2007, our community suffered a severe ice storm that
resulted in over 160,000 cubic yards oftrce debris. This incident was beyond any seope
of which th~t our community of 19,000 citizens has ever faced before. We were also not
familiar with the rules and regulations that FEMA requires in order to be reimbursed.

We completed a competitive bid process and awarded the contract to Crowder
Disaster Recovery. Your company and the employees that you sent were very
professional and made this incident easier to deal with. I especially appreciate Jeff
Mitchell and Tara Painter. Their expertise in both FEMA guidelines as well as debris
removal has helped this community immensely.

In the future if our community is faced with a disaster, I anticipate using a debris
r~mo\'al firm bas~d on this experience. I would be pleased if Crowder Disaster Recovery
would win any future bids for work with our city as I enjoyed the professionalism and
reliability that we had during this experience.

Please feci free to use me as a reference for your future endeavors.

Sin~~~

Michael S.
