This <br />damage and safety to our citizens was obviously and immediate concern to SPSA. <br />Crowder-Gulf Joint Venture was contracted to expedite the removal-of-debris from the <br />right of way. Crowder responded very quickly and effectively to our needs with a great <br />deal of diligence and professionalism. The continued to participate in this project with the <br />same amoWlt of interest toward the end of the project by maintaining adequate volumes <br />of equipment and contractors even after the volumes significantly declined until the job <br />was complete. <br /> <br />Crowder-Gulf Joint Venture removed and processed over 2.25 million cubic yards for <br />SPSA in a safe, professional, and effective manner.
