TELEPHONE 228-762-1020 <br />FAX 228-938-6749 <br /> <br />September 26, 2007 <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />This letter comes as a reference for Crowder-Gulf Joint Venture for the very <br />professional and timely work they completed in the City of Pascagoula, Mississippi. <br />With approximately 95% of our community going under water, the city required <br />immediate attention following Hurricane Katrina. <br /> <br />On August 29, 2005, Hurricane Katrina made lanMall on the Mississippi coast. <br />Crowder-Gulf responded quickly to aid the Pascagoula in its disaster recovery efforts. <br />Prior to this, Crowder-Gulf worked two other stonns, Dennis and Ivan and did an <br />excellent job.
