<br />Throughout its experience in debris management, Crowder has learned that having a clearly defined personnel <br />structure and responsibilities ensures a quick and effective response. By fully defining the roles and inherent <br />responsibilities of each unit and position within our division, Crowder can bring an ordered and knowledgeable <br />C workforce to any debris removal project. Below is a listing of key personnel and responsibilities for each. <br /> <br />On-site Personnel <br /> <br />Crowder's experienced on-site personnel are responsible for conducting the bulk of the project. As <br />representatives of our company in the field, on-site personnel will conduct their responsibilities according to the <br />goals and values of the company. <br /> <br />Division Director <br /> <br />The Division Director is the senior official of our company and the executive manager of all of Crowder's debris <br />management efforts. The Division Director is responsible for activating and approving mobilization upon <br />receiving a Notice to Proceed. The Division Director has full oversight and authority on any debris management <br />project the company may undertake, including assignments, utilization of resources, and subcontracting. During <br />a project, the Division Director will serve as the communication point between our company and our client. <br /> <br />Some primary duties of the Division Director are: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />· Serve as liaison to client. Attend all necessary meetings and briefings. <br />· Work with client to identify nature of project, priority areas, and any spedal projects that may be needed. <br />· Using client-defined duties, implement a plan best suited to complete the project. Coordinate efforts <br />throughout project. <br />· Effectively manage and coordinate other management personnel (Project Manager, Safety Manager, etc). <br />· Provide technical advice and policy guidance to client whenever needed. <br /> <br />Project Coordinator <br /> <br />The Project Coordinator is the assistant to the Division Director. The Project Coordinator is responsible for <br />managing and overseeing the project managers and all jobs at Crowder. The Project Coordinator has full <br />oversight and authority on any debris management project the company may undertake, including assignments, <br />utilization of resources, and subcontracting.
