<br />o <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />The company's on-site personnel are well served by the support personnel, who usually remain at the main office <br />in Tallahassee. There, all accounting, logistical planning, and other services will be performed. In some <br />instances, our Division will use the personnel resources of the company itself to aid its endeavor. The following <br />departments are division spedfic: <br /> <br />Accounting Department <br /> <br />Headed by the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting Department is significant in ensuring the quality of the <br />documentation and accounting process. Aided by bookkeeping staff and assistants, some of the duties of the <br />Accounting Department include: <br /> <br />· Computing and analyzing daily tickets. <br />· Creating periodic reports of tickets for our client. <br />· Invoidng when required. <br />· Reconciling any differences between our client's and our documentation. <br />· Maintaining a list of vendors used on-site and opening credit accounts when needed. <br />for supplies and services as needed. <br />· Maintaining list of subcontractors and processing payment as work progresses. <br /> <br />Making payment <br /> <br />Logistical Department <br /> <br />Headed by the Logistics Manager, this department is responsible for pre-planning and mobilization plans. This <br />department will work both before and during the storm to ensure the smooth operation of the project. Some <br />specific duties of the department include: <br /> <br />· Maintain all paperwork and documentation needed for project work. <br />· Maintain "Go-Kits," containing invaluable supplies, in case of a sudden Notice to Proceed. <br />· Arrange all travel for employees, both for routine training engagements and project deployments. <br />· Arrange transportation of supplies and equipment in case of a Notice to Proceed. <br />· Locate, arrange, and secure subcontractor and supplier arrangements during preplanning and mobilization <br />phases. <br />· Upkeep of Mobilization Plan and Procedure. <br />· Recruit local hires as needed. <br />· Any other logistical tasks as needed. <br /> <br />Other Duties <br /> <br />Some duties not assigned to field personnel or division-specific personnel may be performed by Jimmie Crowder <br />Excavating and Land Clearing's general personnel pool. For instance, Crowder Excavating's existing Human <br />Resources Coordinator will perform all duties associated with human resources (hiring, benefits information and <br />paperwork, emergency contact information, etc). <br /> <br />During any debris management project, the qualifications and roles of individuals involved is a determining factor <br />in the level of success of that particular effort. Crowder understands this, and thus takes great pride in <br />assodating itself with quality employees, whether they are supervisors, managers, directors, accountants, or <br />clerks. <br /> <br />All employees working on any particular project for our client are well versed in debris management techniques, <br />polides, and procedures. During the pre-planning stage, all employees are required to study the plans and <br />procedures for our client.
