<br />c <br /> <br />· Periodically inspect crews and work sites, ensuring adherence to both the Quality Control Plan and the <br />Safety Plan. <br />· Obtain any safety materials (vests, hard hats, etc) needed to conduct project. <br />· Conduct necessary training (i.e., flagger training for traffic maintenance, training of incinerator operators). <br /> <br />Field Project Manager <br /> <br />The role of the Field Project Manager is to oversee the debris removal program. This person will ensure that the <br />project proceeds smoothly by coordinating the efforts of both Crowder crews and subcontractor crews on <br />multiple, scheduled passes through cm OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH. The Field Project Manager is solely <br />responsible for the effectiveness of the debris removal project. Duties of the Field Project Manager include: <br /> <br />· Ensure proper truck documentation (i.e., truck capacity certification forms). Make certain that all trucks <br />properly display a placard. <br />· Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and monitor the quality and progress of their work. <br />· Communicate with cm OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH officials to assess the progress of the project as well as <br />make adjustments as needed. <br />· Conduct the right-of-entry program as needed. <br />· Collect load tickets daily and deliver to on-site office. <br />· Report daily to Project Manager on debris removal process. <br />· Monitor safety and quality of work being conducted. <br />· Conduct meetings with crews and subcontractors as often as necessary. <br />· Ensure good working order of all trucks and/or equipment. Oversee daily inspections and process <br />inspection reports. <br /> <br />o Debris Reduction Manager <br /> <br />The Debris Reduction Manager is responsible for the oversight of the complete debris reduction effort. This <br />person will make certain that all activities at the TDSR sites are conducted according to the TDSRS Operational <br />Plan, Safety Plan, and Quality Control Plan. This person will oversee the efforts of the Day and Night Foreman of <br />the TDSRS. Further duties of the Debris Reduction Manager include: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />During the pre-planning stage, help to develop preliminary TDSRS plans for potential sites. <br />During a project, finalize and implement preliminary plans. Ensure that a site's specific needs and issues <br />are taken into account (environmental impact, safety, etc). <br />Conduct any pre-use documentation needed for a TDSR site (environmental studies, soil samples, <br />photographs, etc). <br />Oversee the development and initial set-up of each TDSRS. <br />Ensure proper separation and reduction and/or final disposal of each type of debris. <br />Oversee containment and final disposal of hazardous waste. <br />Conduct weekly meetings at each TDSR site. <br />Ensure the efficiency and quality of the documentation system. <br />Train, in safety and operational aspects, each crew at the TDSRS. <br />Monitor the condition of all equipment. <br />Oversee remediation efforts of TDSR sites. <br />Ensure proper closing documentation and procedures. <br />Secure final site close-out from property owner. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Support Personnel <br /> <br />77lpage <br />
