<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Personnel Qualifications <br /> <br />Crowder employs a variety of highly qualified and experienced personnel on a full-time basis. These employees <br />make up the ability and expertise that defines Crowder's disaster recovery and debris management efforts. All <br />personnel are available to contracted entities on a twenty-four hour, seven day a week basis in the case of a <br />catastrophic event. Once under contract, our client will receive specific contact information for each member of <br />the company's staff and will be assigned a specific liaison to serve as the main point of contact. <br /> <br />To supplement their existing experience and abilities, all Crowder personnel participate in ongoing training and <br />continuing education classes as needed. Recently, most of the disaster recovery team completed 15-700, <br />Introduction to the National Incident Management System, taught by our own Division Director Joe Blanchard. <br />The company encourages all employees to take advantage of any technical or professional certifications that may <br />be useful in our efforts. <br /> <br />All Crowder employees are cross trained and <br />participate in continual updated training throughout <br />their employment at the company. <br /> <br />Personnel Qualifications <br /> <br />· Over 73 combined years of experience in all <br />phases of debris management <br />. MOT Training <br /> <br />our <br /> <br />Yearly scenarios and training exercises are held in <br />order to rehearse initial response and mobilization <br />plans. Recently, Crowder held its Hurricane Season <br />kick-off meeting. The day long workshop included a <br />refresher in Public Assistance regulations as relating to <br />debris operations taught by Mr. Phil Worley of the <br />Florida Division of Emergency Management as well as <br />roundtable focused on problem solving and specific <br />concerns for the coming season. As team <br />communication is a priority at Crowder, these <br />workshops serve not only to rejuvenate the skills of <br />team but as a forum for evaluating both our past and <br />future performance. <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />To further the skills of our team, many members are <br />trained in CPR and other emergency responder techniques. Our company stresses that team members have <br />enough training to be able to be confident in responding to an emergency situation in a way that ensures the <br />safety of our client's citizens and of our own employees. <br /> <br />Personnel also participate in client specific training, ensuring that all members of the Crowder team are fully <br />aware of our client's needs and requirements. Prior to beginning any potential project for our client, the entire <br />disaster team is briefed on our client's needs, special concerns, and probable action plans after an event. <br /> <br />In addition to Crowder Disaster Recovery's qualified managerial personnel, the company maintains a pool of over <br />200 full-time employees.
