Joseph Blanchard - Division Director <br /> <br />Currently located in Tallahassee, FL office <br /> <br />A graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Wildlife Management, Mr. Blanchard served over <br />fourteen years with the Florida Game and Freshwater Fish Commission. In this capacity he served as Chief of <br />Fisheries Management and Environmental Impact. Mr. Blanchard also served as the first Staff Director of the <br />Natural Resources Committee of the Florida House of Representatives. <br /> <br />Mr. Blanchard is a former Wakulla County, Florida Commissioner and County Administrator, who also served as <br />the Wakulla County Director of Emergency Management for over eight years. During his term as EM Director, <br />Wakulla County suffered three direct hurricane hits, two tropical storm hits, and six close hurricane brushes. Mr. <br />Blanchard was also deployed to South Florida during Wilma, Charlie, and Andrew and to Mississippi after Katrina. <br /> <br />Mr. Blanchard has extensive experience as an incident commander in natural disasters and has reached instructor <br />level in the National Incident Management System (NIMS). Mr. Blanchard is certified to the Hazmat Technician <br />Level and has over 2,000 hours of Emergency Response Training, including FEMA rules and regulations. He also <br />served as a director of the Florida Emergency Preparedness Association. <br /> <br />The Florida Wildlife Federation recognized Mr. Blanchard as the Outstanding Soil and Water Conservationist of the <br />Year. He is also active in many civic organizations. <br /> <br />.:. Tara Painter - Proiect Coordinator <br /> <br />Currently onsite in Bibb County, GA <br /> <br />Ms. Painter has extensive experience in all phases of debris removal. Prior to the position of Project Coordinator, <br />Ms. Painter has held poSitions such as Reid Supervisor, Claims Uaison, TDSRS Site Manager, and Project <br />Manager. As a Project Manager, she met daily with coordinating officials to ensure the community's debris was <br />removed in a timely and efficient manner. <br /> <br />Ms. Painter is also well diverse in claims resolution as well as billing reconciliations and close-out. She is very <br />involved daily with the Project Managers and is responsible for implementing and carrying out plans that allow for <br />safe and efficient debris removal. <br /> <br />.:. Jimmie T. Crowder - Owner/Chairman <br /> <br />Currently overseeing Carrabelle operations <br /> <br />Mr. Crowder has had a long and established career at the helm of the company he established in 1962. <br />Experienced in all types of lot clearing, debris removal, tree removal, grinding, hauling, and excavating, Mr. <br />Crowder owns, operates, and has thoroughly trained Crowder's staff to safely operate our grinders. In addition, <br />Mr. Crowder has developed hundreds of TDSRS sites. He has overseen and experienced many storms, beginning <br />with Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Mr. Crowder has also developed, operated and trained our current staff to <br />maintain Crowder's two sand mines in Tallahassee, FL. He has extensive experience in dredging as well. Mr. <br />Crowder has ascertained a fleet of equipment and currently manufactures Crowder's own Crowder Rock and <br />Crowder Sand in Tallahassee, FL. As President of Crowder, he developed and trained Crowder's staff to maintain <br />a roll-off division as well as an underground utilities portfolio. Today, Mr. Crowder is the Chairman of the Board at <br />Jimmie Crowder Excavating and Land Clearing, Inc. <br /> <br />82 I P age <br />
