By <br />virtue of his long term at the company, Mr. Jackson is thoroughly familiar with the capabilities and applications of <br />all of Crowder's equipment resources. He is responsible for ensuring that multiple, large contracts receive ample <br />personnel and equipment resources for timely completion of jobs. Mr. Jackson is also Crowder's Radiation Safety <br />Officer and has had hazardous materials training and testing. <br /> <br />.:. Tina L. Crowder - President <br /> <br />Currently located in Tallahassee, FL office <br /> <br />For over twenty-one years, Ms. Crowder has been an important managerial presence at Crowder. As President of <br />the company, Ms. Crowder oversees the company's diverse array of business endeavors, monitoring and <br />evaluating their organization, operation, and success. Her previous experience as Accounts Payable, Corporate <br />Secretary, and Office Manager of the company gives her unique and detailed knowledge of the company's <br />function on many levels. Ms. Crowder also responded with Crowder to a disaster in Virginia. Through her varied <br />duties and experience, Ms. Crowder expertly ensures the success and smooth operation of the company. <br /> <br />Project Managers and Supervisors <br /> <br />.:. Randv Marconnet - Safety and Quality Control ManaQer Currently located in Tallahassee, FL office <br /> <br />As Safety and Quality Control Manager, Mr. Marconnet is responsible for oversight of Crowder's Safety and <br />Quality Control Programs. Utilizing over fourteen years of experience in risk management, safety consulting, <br />safety education, and training, he is experienced at both preventing potential safety hazards and solving any <br />conditions that may exist. Mr. Marconnet was also a vital participant in the development of an online Safety <br />Management System, Virtual Safety Office, which streamlines safety and quality control management and allows <br />for increased efficiency in operations. <br /> <br />.:. Jamev Flannery - Proiect ManaQer <br /> <br />Currently located in Wisconsin <br /> <br />Mr. Flannery began his professional life in his family's racing business. Helping to manage the daily operations of <br />his family business gave him the skills necessary to help found a logging company with his family. Mr. Flannery <br />worked with the logging company while also driving professional for GM. While employed with his family's <br />company, Mr. Flannery learned how to operate different kinds of equipment, effectively run a business, and <br />gained the skills that make him an effective Project Manager. In 2004, Mr. Flannery became involved in a <br />disaster recovery project in Jupiter, Florida. Since then, he has been interested in disaster recovery and debris <br />management. Since this initial experience, Mr. Flannery has served as the Project Manager for ice storm clean up <br />in Bolivar, Missouri and Joplin, Missouri. <br /> <br />.:. David Cox-Proiect ManaQer <br /> <br />Currently located in Tallahassee, FL field <br /> <br />Having supervised numerous site development projects in the Tallahassee area, Mr. Cox is well versed in project <br />management and project supervision on all levels. Through his experience as disaster Project Manager, Mr. Cox <br />has learned proper methods of establishing and maintaining Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction Sites. In <br />Hurricane Wilma, he ensured that the traffic and debris at the TDSRS handled in a way that maximized the <br />capabilities of a site with limited space. Mr. Cox also responded to Hurricanes Charley and Ivan. As a Project <br />Manager, he met daily with city officials to ensure the community's debris was removed in a timely and efficient <br />manner. Mr. Cox has significant experience in demolition projects, recently overseeing Crowder's efforts to <br />demolish Sunland Hospital in Tallahassee, Florida, a project requiring significant care and experience in <br />demolition practices because of the asbestos content of the building. Mr. Cox is a Radiation Safety Officer and <br />has had Nuclear Gauge certification. <br /> <br />83 I P age <br />
