Helping to manage the daily operations of his family business gave him the skills necessary to help found a logging company with his family. Mr. Flannery worked with the logging company while also driving professional for GM. While employed with his family's company, Mr. Flannery learned how to operate different kinds of equipment, effectively run a business, and gained the skills that make him an effective Project Manager. In 2004, Mr. Flannery became involved in a disaster recovery project in Jupiter, Florida. Since then, he has been interested in disaster recovery and debris management. Since this initial experience, Mr. Flannery has served as the Project Manager for ice storm clean up in Bolivar, Missouri and Joplin, Missouri. .:.
