He <br />has been responsible for multiple sites with concurrent operations in Hurricanes Charley, Isabel, Ivan, Katrina, <br />Rita, and Wilma. When not employed with the Disaster Division during storm time, Mr. Smith is a Project <br />Supervisor, managing many of the large commercial projects Crowder completes in Tallahassee each year. Mr. <br />Smith has ample experience managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring that all people employed and working <br />for Crowder adhere to the standard of quality associated with our company. <br /> <br />.:. Jeff Wilson - Field Supervisor <br /> <br />Currently located in Tallahassee, FL field <br /> <br />With over ten years of experience at Crowder, Mr. Wilson has extensive experience as supervisor of Crowder's <br />contract commercial projects. His duties included supervising installation of underground utilities, lot clearing, <br />earthwork, and supervision and coordination of subcontractors. Mr. Wilson also has extensive experience in <br />asphalt work, project procurement, and quality assurance. Prior to his work at Crowder, Mr. Wilson was <br />employed with Leon County, Florida as an Environmental Inspector, supervising site work for compliance with <br />local, state, and federal environmental laws and codes. <br /> <br />.:. Edwin LonQ - Field Supervisor <br /> <br />Currently located in Tallahassee, FL field <br /> <br />Mr. Long, an employee with Crowder for over sixteen years, is the head of Crowder's underground utility crew. <br />Responsible for five separate groups of pipe layers, Mr. Long has ample experience in project supervision, project <br />procurement, and project inspections. Mr. Long also has his Hydraulic Pump Certification, Fusion Weld <br />Certification, and 10 hours OSHA Certification. With over twenty-nine years in the construction industry, Mr. Long <br />is a valuable and knowledgeable Crowder employee. <br /> <br />.:. GreQ Alcorn - Field SUDervisor Currently located in Tallahassee, FL field <br />Completion of IS-700: Introduction to National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) <br /> <br />Also a highly experienced and knowledgeable project supervisor, Mr. Alcorn has been with Crowder for over <br />eleven years. His regular duties include project management (including project set-up and close-out), project <br />procurement, and supervising subcontractor and company crews. Currently, Mr. Alcorn is managing Crowder's <br />contractual obligations with Archer Western Contractors, Inc. for the widening of 1-10 within <br />Tallahassee. This massive project includes adherence to extensive safety regulations (due to the location and <br />nature of the work site) as well as managing a fleet of hauling subcontractors, sometimes more than twenty <br />different companies weekly. Mr. Alcorn proficiently manages and utilizes Crowder's and subcontractor's resources <br />to complete projects efficiently. <br /> <br />Financial Officers <br /> <br />.:. Robert L. Mavo - Chief Financial Officer <br />Bachelors of Science in Accounting, Florida State University <br /> <br />Currently located onsite in Bibb County, GA <br /> <br />Mr. Mayo was a CPA working in the government, public and private sectors from 1979 through 1996. He has <br />worked in debris management since 2003, using his expert knowledge in documentation and database <br />management. He assisted cities and counties with maintaining adequate accounting records and proper <br />documentation to maximize their ability to obtain FEMA reimbursements. Mr. Mayo also served as Project <br />Manager during debris management projects for the City of Fort Myers, Florida during Hurricanes Wilma and <br />Charley. <br /> <br />.:.
