Brooks is the CFO of TAG Grinding Services, Inc. and is completely responsible for any <br />disaster operation of TAG Grinding Services, Inc. Mr. Brooks will be on site to assure that the <br />operation is started correctly and will respond to all calls made to him. He will be available 24 <br />hours per day and is the only CEO known to respond directly to disaster events and be available <br />to the clients 24 hours per day. Mr. Brooks can be reached at the following numbers: <br /> <br />Office: (256) 395-2243 <br />Cell: (404) 473-1266 <br />Cell: (678) 618-4129 <br /> <br />Throughout the debris recovery mission John Bowden and Jeff Hill will be readily available to <br />assist the client in proper record keeping to insure prompt reimbursement from FEMA and to <br />insure smooth, efficient disaster response. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The management of the individual operation will be as per that in the key personnel roster. <br />The specific individual responsible for each operation is listed therein. If there is any reason the <br />client is not satisfied with the response from any of these individuals, Mr. Brooks will be <br />available to resolve it. <br /> <br />TAG Grinding Services, Inc.'s Disaster Response Plan is as follows: With the notification to <br />proceed, Mr. Brooks will contact the designated officials to schedule the pre-location of personal <br />equipment and pre-qualified subcontractors. All equipment and will be checked in through <br />appropriate procedures, with all equipment placarded as required. Equipment and personnel <br />will respond to the designated locations to begin emergency operations within 24 hours. TAG <br />Grinding Services, Inc. will be in constant contact with City personnel during this time period to <br />assure all areas of priority are attended to in a timely manner. During the first 24 hours, <br />operations will be as follows: <br />Within 6 Hours of Notice: <br />· Key staff of TAG Grinding Services, Inc. will meet with City officials to define a <br />scope of work and establish priorities. <br />· Review of established TDSRS sites. <br />· Mobilization of sufficient crews to begin emergency road clearing and other <br />primary emergency services. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />6-12 Hours of Notice: <br />· Mobilization of adequate personnel to prepare TDSRS sites. <br />· Mobilization of additional crews to meet priorities set by the City. <br />· Establishment of proper communication directories. <br />· Establishment of Field Office. <br />· Begin initial cleanup operations. <br /> <br />12-24 Hours of Notice: <br />· Continuation of mobilization of crews, including subcontractors if required, to <br />satisfy priorities set by City officials. <br />
