The documentation crew will document existing <br />conditions in these areas of debris collection and consolidation and reduction will begin. <br />Throughout the entire process, TAG Grinding Services, Inc.'s managers will be readily available <br />to respond to any change in plans as requested by the City's designated representatives. All <br />activities will be documented on daily reports and a copy of each daily report will be provided to <br />the City the following day. <br /> <br />Daily, or as requested, TAG Grinding Services, Inc. managers will meet with the City to review <br />progress, concerns and any changes in priorities. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Every Friday, all subcontractors working directly for TAG Grinding Services, Inc. will be paid for <br />the work they have accomplished the previous week. A release is signed upon receipt of <br />payment and this release will be available to the City is requested. With this guarantee, the <br />subcontractors that work with TAG Grinding Services, Inc. will perform their jobs safely and <br />quickly to insure a timely conclusion to the debris operation.
