GUARD REMAINING INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> <br />(> <br /> <br />Through training and educational procedures of TAG Grinding Services Inc., all employees <br />undergo a strenuous protocol of safety procedures and infrastructure preservation. If by <br />chance there is damage to infrastructure caused by TAG Grinding Services, Inc. or by one of its <br />subcontractors, prompt repair will be made at no expense to the applicant. <br /> <br />The vehicles of TAG Grinding Services Inc. and other related equipment are equipped with <br />sufficient tools to make immediate corrections and repairs. However, if these measures are not <br />sufficient, other measures will be taken to insure a trouble free atmosphere for the applicant. <br /> <br />C. QUALTIY ASSURANCEI CONTROL ACTlVmES <br /> <br />With the extended experience of TAG Grinding Services Inc. and its commitment to <br />excellence, measures are always underway on a daily basis to insure control activities. All <br />employees of TAG are in constant contact with each other through the most modern technology <br />and control measures are implemented to assure that the debris plan runs smoothly. Quality <br />Control Organization available upon request. <br /> <br />D. COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK <br /> <br />All personnel of TAG Grinding Services Inc. have in their possession cell phones that enable <br />an ongoing network with both TAG's employees as well as the applicant. Cell phone numbers <br />will be readily available to all applicant managers, monitors, and/or coordinators. <br /> <br />E. SELF-CONTAINMENT CAPABILTIY <br /> <br />o TAG Grinding Services, Inc. rarely experiences any problems with self-containment <br />capabilities as they draw on the years of experience in setting a network capable of <br />implementing our debris management plan, wherever we may be functioning. TAG Grinding <br />Services, Inc. has at its disposal over two hundred (200) pieces of debris management <br />equipment that eliminate any logistical problem that may arise. Experienced employees are <br />made available to handle such items as temporary housing for employees, fuel deliveries and <br />the supply of power through generated power. <br /> <br />F. OPERATIONS OF TEMPORARY DEBRIS STORAGE AND REDUCTION SITES <br /> <br />After agreement with the applicant as to the location of reduction sites, a video of the sites <br />will be made to preserve the integrity and to assure that it is returned to its original condition. <br />TAG Grinding Services, Inc. will supervise the erection of any of these sites as directed by the <br />applicant and within FEMA guidelines. Included in these procedures will be traffic direction of <br />ingress and egress of haul vehicles, location of dump piles, and other safety procedures <br />implemented in the reduction site. <br /> <br />G. DISPOSAL OF WOOD DEBRIS <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />All of the wood debris shall be collected and disposed of in a safe manner. The wood <br />debris collected shall be ground into mulch and disposed of as determined best appropriate by <br />the applicant. Once wood debris is ground and the fuel wood is hauled, there will be no further <br />liability with the wood debris for the applicant. <br /> <br />I. DISPOSAL OF C&D DEBRIS <br />
