<br />... <br /> <br />o The inspection of every load, in and out, is critical to the documentation of the overall process. <br />The TOSR site inspection towers are the location of the load verification and documentation <br />programs of all incoming and, later outgoing, debris. Once documented, all debris is processed <br />in accordance with applicable local, state and federal rules, standards, and regulations. <br /> <br />CREW AND EQUIPMENT DETAIL <br /> <br />FIELD SUPERVISORS/CREW FOREMEN - Field supervisors will report to the senior field <br />supervisor. Debris staging site supervisors will be responsible for management of all operations <br />of the debris staging site to include site safety, haul load inspection, segregation, traffic control, <br />dumping, reduction, security and remediation. Supervisors shall be responsible for the safety of <br />all personnel and equipment to ensure compliance with the Corporate Accident Prevention Plan <br />as part of the Corporate Safety Plan. Supervisors will be responsible for collection of daily <br />personnel and equipment time logs, and their distribution to the Company designated <br />representative with a copy given to the government. Supervisors will be responsible for <br />collecting loadlhaul tickets and daily load/haul logs from haul truck operators. Inspection tower <br />personnel will complete the forn1s. Crew foremen will report to their designated supervisor. <br />Foremen will be responsible to ensure work assignments received from their supervisor are <br />completed to the requirements of the government task order. Foremen will be responsible for <br />maintaining the daily personnel and equipment time logs. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />EQUIPMENT - Debris staging site equipment may include but is not limited to the following: <br /> <br />. Excavators with thumb <br />. Track type tractors with root rakes <br />. Track type tractors with push blade <br />. Fann type tractor with box blade <br />. Motor grader <br />. Rubber tire loader <br />. Tub grinder <br />. Brush chipper <br />. Air curtain burner <br /> <br />All equipment will meet current safety standards. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE/FUEL VEHICLES AND PERSONNEL - Maintenance/fuel vehicles will be <br />assigned and manned as needed to provide an adequate supply of fuel to maintain equipment <br />operations.
