MILLER <br /> <br />* * . <br /> <br />TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS: <br /> <br />You are hereby invited by the School District of Manatee County to bid on furnishing and delivering the <br />following: <br />BLEACHER, PARK AND PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, MCSD No. 11-0014-MR <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be received at the School District of Manatee County Purchasing Office, 2501 63rd <br />Avenue, East, Bradenton, Florida, 34203, until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 20, 2010. <br /> <br />Bids received in the Purchasing Office after the above specified time and date will not be considered <br />and will be returned to the bidder unopened. No submissions or amendments made after bid <br />opening shall be considered. <br /> <br />Bidders shall return the Form of Proposal (both printed original copy and copy on CD disk) in a sealed <br />envelope, PLAINL Y MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE, "BID ON BLEACHER, P ARK AND <br />PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, MCSD No. II-OOI4-MR." <br /> <br />If multiple bids are to be opened, they will be opened sequentially by bid number. <br /> <br />Products and/or services shall be in keeping with the specifications as prescribed in this bid. Designation <br />of a particular brand or make is not meant to restrict bidding but merely to indicate the type and quality <br />desired. <br /> <br />The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, request new bids, consider alternate bids which meet <br />the general specifications set forth and waive any informality.
