<br />Instructions to Bidders - continued <br />Bid on Bleacher, Park and Playground Equipment, MCSD No. 11-0014-MR <br /> <br />INSURANCE: The successful bidder shall furnish the School District of Manatee County with <br />proof of: <br /> <br />(1) Statutory Limits of Worker's Compensation in compliance with Chapter 440, <br />Florida Statute, if required. <br /> <br />(2) Employer's Liability Insurance III an amount not less than $300,000.00 per <br />occurrence. <br /> <br />(3) Comprehensive General Liability Insurance in an amount equal to or greater than <br />$100,000.00 per person and $200,000.00 per occurrence for any occurrence <br />resulting in bodily injury or death to anyone or group of persons, including any <br />consequential damages that arise therefrom. <br /> <br />If policy is on a "CLAIMS MADE" basis, contractor's insurance carrier will <br />identify policy as such and indicate in writing the amount of claims paid by this <br />policy and reserves outstanding. Policy aggregates must equal at least two (2) <br />times the occurrence limit. <br /> <br />(4) Liability Insurance in an amount equal to or greater than $100,000.00 per person <br />and $200,000.00 per occurrence for bodily injuries and/or death to any person or <br />persons caused by passenger automobiles or commercial vehicles. <br /> <br />(5) Liability Insurance equal to or greater than $200,000.00 per occurrence for <br />property damage caused by passenger automobiles or commercial vehicles. <br /> <br />(6) Property Damage Insurance for damage other than that described in 4 above in an <br />amount equal to or greater than $200,000.00 per occurrence. Said property <br />coverage shall provide coverage for all consequential damage arising from the <br />negligent operation of the contractor, a subcontractor, or by anyone directly or <br />indirectly employed by either of them. Coverage shall be on a "BROAD FORM" <br />basis. <br /> <br />(7) Contractual Liability Insurance in an amount equal to or greater than $200,000.00 <br />per occurrence. Policy must include endorsement for indemnification in the event <br />third party damages are sought against the School District. <br /> <br />(8) Personal Injury Coverage (not bodily injury) in an amount equal to or greater than <br />$100,000.00 per person and $200,000.00 per occurrence. <br /> <br />Page 12 of37 <br /> <br />l <br />. <br />
