Mr. Keene <br />is experienced in repairing and operating of asphalt <br />plants. <br /> <br />Sawgrass Expressway Sunrise Boulevard, <br />Florida Department of Transportation (11/04 - <br />2/05) - Served as General Asphalt Superintendent <br />for the milling, asphalt, concrete, roadway widening <br />and signalization for this project.
