Is it exclusively Sunny Isles Beach Police Officers? <br />No, it is up to the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department. If they don't have Police <br />Officers available, than they will go to outside jurisdictions and ask for their help. <br /> <br />Ms. O'Leary Richards noted that the City of Sunny Isles Beach puts a lot of money into <br />their landscape and we are going to expect top-notch quality on your landscape <br />material and. workmanship. <br /> <br />28. You mentioned that there were some time constraint grant issues that are ahead for funding <br />part of the project, we can assume that there won't be additional time put into the bid <br />process. December 8, 2008 is the deadline, right? <br />There are no plans at this point to extend the bid. <br /> <br />Ramone Tesone noted that we are including about 844 square yards of a base optional, <br />which is the item for Iimerock is to be constructed under the existing sidewalk, but that <br />might save the project money if you find out that particular Iimerock is suitable to have <br />the pavers on top. So you will be required to. rmd out through the AASHTO T99 <br />Density Test, as shown in note 285-704. If it is suitable to place the pavers on top YOll <br />will not need to replace that Iimerock. <br /> <br />29. Does the contractor or the City pay the proctor fees? <br />That would be up to the contractor. <br /> <br />30. When will the construction start? <br />We would like to get started in January 2009. <br /> <br />31. Are the utilities listed in a good description of what we will be up against or might there <br />always be more, is there any inside you can give us on the degree of difficulty with respect to <br />conflicts and things like that? <br />We made it construct-able as far as obtaining all the information available.
