As a Construction Manager, Mr. Estevez has worked on a number of projects including Vertical and Horizontal Construction. Within these projects, Mr. Estevez has conducted design, as well as construction management. He has mastered the use of design software tools including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. He has continued his professional training by participating and achieving certifications in the following: Florida International University School of Architecture and Florida Maintenance of Traffic, Building and Construction Skills and Knowledge as well as Public Safety & Security. Some of his responsibilities includes: · Experienced in AutoCAD landscape design · Preparation of site plans, specifications, & cost estimates for land development, coordinating arrangement of existing and proposed land features & structures · Inspect landscape work to ensure compliance with specifications, approve quality of materials & advise client & construction personnel · Plan, organize, direct, or coordinate activities of 3-8 workers engaged in landscaping or grounds keeping activities. · Planting & maintaining ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, & lawns · Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals, according to contract specifications · Coordinate activities of workers engaged in terracing hillsides, building retaining walls, constructing pathways, installing patios & similar activities in following a landscape design plan · Compile & analyze data on conditions such as location, drainage & location of structures for environmental reports & landscaping plans · Knowledge of over 5,000 verities of trees, palms & shrubs · Reviewing contracts to ascertain service, machine, & work force requirements; answering inquiries from potential customers regarding methods, material & price ranges · Preparing estimates and designs according to labor, material & machine costs · Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, & contract requirements · Establish and enforce operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance & personnel safety · Directing and Managing several construction sites · Knowledge of structures and building materials · Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors & design professionals to discuss & resolve matters such as work on procedures, complaints & construction problems · Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites · Obtain all necessary permits and licenses · Interpret & explain plans & contract terms to administrative staff, workers & clients RiSl.B+'ANl ExfiE~IIEN(;t: Total Remodelling of a 9500 square feet spec home Client: The Jills Group On-Site Supervisor for this 9,500 Sq.
