<br />28.5 MONTHLY UPDATES: The Contractor shall submit a revised CP.M. Schedule to the Consultant <br />for review (5) working days prior to his monthly application for payment. The report shall indicate the <br />current status of the Project. Failure to submit the up dated CP.M. Schedule to the Consultant will result <br />in a delay of the processing of the payment application equal to the delay in the submittal. The <br />Contractor shall submit the same number and type of schedules required in the initial submission. <br />Updating of the schedule shall be based upon the remaining duration of the original schedule or as <br />amended by change order. All percentages complete shall be calculated by the software. Percent of <br />completion of individual activities shall be based upon the original duration. No amendment to the <br />durations will be allowed, except as expressly allowed by the City. The data date shall be the (20) day of <br />each month. The requirement for submission of the updated schedule shall occur until the Project is <br />accepted in full by the City. <br /> <br />28.6 AMENDING THE C.P.M. SCHEDULE: The CP.M. Schedule may only be amended by executed <br />change order. Amendments are subject to the review and acceptance of both the City and the <br />Consultant.
