I <br /> <br />tll~fm <br /> <br />HIRING FORMAT <br /> <br />SFM Services performs investigative background checks for all <br />employees staffing our client's facilities. <br /> <br />SFM Services while performing investigative background checks which <br />will include the following: <br /> <br />· Social Security Number Verification <br />. Criminal History Search (7 years) <br />. Employment Verification <br />· Violent Sexual Offender Registry Search <br />· DMV Records (5 years) <br />. Florida HRS Abuse Registry <br /> <br /> <br />SFM Services' employees shall have employee history file in duplicates. <br />Files shall contain health checks and annual TB Tests as well as all documented <br />training and development to be in compliance with OSHA. <br /> <br />SFM Services has zero tolerance for any type of drug abuse. As part of <br />our "Drug Free Program", monthly random drug tests are performed. <br />Documentation is available for inspection. All employees working under SFM <br />janitorial and landscape contracts undergo criminal back ground checks before <br />employment. <br />
