To reduce drug use in the workplace <br />2. To increase productivity <br />3. To improve efficiency <br />4. To reduce accidents in the workplace <br />5. To demonstrate a more professional attitude and standard of conduct <br />6. To deliver better customer service <br /> <br />To achieve these goals, SFM Services conducts: <br /> <br />1. Initial and periodic safety training sessions <br />2. Drug Abuse Awareness pamphlets <br />3. Random Drug Screening of existing employees <br />4. Complete drug Screening of all job candidates pnor to start of <br />assignments <br />5. Alcohol and Drug screening in the event of work-related accidents <br />6. Formal and informal counseling by trained supervisors <br /> <br />& <br />
