<br />open lines of communication with coastal to ensure that all work is finalized adequately. In the <br />event that Coastal is no longer responsible for the site, the proposer shall coordinate with the <br />City representative. All costs associated with protection, coordination, repairs to damaged <br />property, replacement of damaged property, and other costs shall be paid for by the Proposer. <br /> <br />2.21 PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach shall require the successful Proposers to furnish a Performance <br />Bond in the amount of 100% of the total Proposal Price, with the City of Sunny Isles Beach as <br />the Obligee, as security for the faithful performance of the Contract and for the payment of all <br />persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection herewith within ten (10) calendar <br />days after notification of the award by the City.
