<br />3.2 PROPOSER'S RESPONSIBILmES <br /> <br />The successful Proposer shall provide all necessary signed and sealed documentation, signed and <br />sealed drawings, concept drawings, schematics, calculations, permitting documentation, permits <br />from all AHJ's, and information necessary to design, construct, fabricate, and install the intended <br />canopy structure and electrical installations and leave the site in good condition acceptable to the <br />City. Proposer shall design the canopy and the complete support structure with industrial grade <br />material (all metal fabrication, must be primed and powder coated in the shop) to withstand the <br />weathering due to the proximity of the structure to the ocean and the exposure to UV rays. <br />Furthermore, it is intended that the entire assembly compliment the architecture of the <br />existing surrounding facilities and park area. The entire assembly, structure and <br />composition of the canopy and structural elements and attachments must comply with the latest <br />version of the Florida Building Code and federal, state and local regulations. <br /> <br />Prior to fabrication and/or installation, the successful Proposer shall meet with the city staff to <br />ensure that the proposed canopy/electrical design and installation methods are acceptable. The <br />successful Proposer must obtain and pay for all necessary permits. ONLY City fees will be waived. <br /> <br />At the time of construction/installation, successful Proposer must provide all material, labor, <br />equipment, safety measures, and protective devices/control measures to ensure that the project <br />is successfully implemented, executed, and approved by the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />END OF SECTON <br /> <br />PAGE 25 OF 34 <br />BID No. 11-04-02 <br />
