<br />Hotels and Restaurants. <br /> <br />3.6 PARK AMENmES <br /> <br />The park amenities are: large open field, playground, direct beach access, picnic tables under <br />the pavilion, restrooms, water fountain, vending machines, lifeguard station, volleyball on the <br />beach. <br /> <br />3.7 SPECIAL EVENTS <br /> <br />Special events at this location (for now) are: monthly weekday evening concert series <br />September through May, annually holiday lighting the first Saturday of December. The City also <br />hosts the occasional beach clean-up from that location. <br /> <br />3.7.1 EVENT SCHEDULES <br /> <br />Event schedules will be provided in advance to the award vendor. <br /> <br />3.8 TRAFFIC <br /> <br />The average monthly attendance at Tower 17 (lifeguard station located at the Ocean side area of <br />Samson Oceanfront Park) is 30,166. <br /> <br />3.9 ELECTRICAL OUTLETS <br /> <br />Electrical outlets are available for use. <br /> <br />3.9.1 UTILITIES <br /> <br />Utilities will be paid by the City <br /> <br />3.10 CONCESSION <br /> <br />Concession must be portable and removed at the end of each workday. <br /> <br />3.10.1 CONCESSION EMPLOYEE PARKING <br /> <br />Employee parking is located at the Municipal Lot across the street along 175th Terrace. <br /> <br />3.11 PROPOSAL <br /> <br />The successful Proposer will be required to obtain a Business Tax License with the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. The successful Proposer will be required to propose either a base fee or percentage <br />of sales fee or a combination of the two to be paid to the City in response to this RFP.
